Bodegas Regalia de Ollauri emerge from the depths of the earth, Ollauri is sited in La Rioja Alta, famous for the extraordinary quality of their soils and vineyards. In 2004 Bodegas Regalia de Ollauri was born. Since its beginning, the winery starts on a path that took it to pursue the highest quality for their wines.

With research, development and Innovation as partners, Regalia had gained the local government’s recognition thanks to its commitment to implement R&D&I in every process, as proved by the Award to Innovation 2007. Nowadays, Regalia teams are fully committed in this new project, pioneer in Spain, and the Government recognize as one of the most vanguards wineries in the Denomination.

During this journey, Regalia decides to join new research projects that respond to its philosophy, as Wine and Health, thanks to which several wineries in Rioja had elaborated successfully the most healthy wine in the world.

One step more in our journey towards quality, we encounter a reality that haunts the survival of the planet. The earth, which for generations has given us the fruits that give life to our wines, it is suffering the consequences of the continuing pollution of the atmosphere. That is why we decided to compensate the earth for all we .

We find the answer in the geothermic, energy from the earth, clean and renewable energy source. One year ago, Sapje and Regalia undertake a new goal that will change our elaboration system to make it the most respectful of our planet.

Nowadays, Regalia de Ollauri is the first winery in the world to use energy from the earth to elaborate its wines, helping preserve the planet. but not the last one.
